What Ergon stores

Your Ergon profile (email, name) is what you entered — never copied from Concept2. From a linked Concept2 account, Ergon stores your C2 user ID, encrypted access tokens, and your synced workouts and stroke data. Nothing else from your C2 profile is read into your account.

Disconnecting Concept2

Settings → Concept2 → Disconnect. This removes the link and Ergon's access; already-synced workouts stay. Your Ergon account is unaffected — Concept2 is a connection, not your identity. Details in Connecting Concept2.

Deleting your account

Sign in at ergon.training/settings and use Delete account. This is a hard delete, effective immediately and irreversible: your login, profile, workouts, stroke data, settings, subscription record, and coach history are all removed.

If you can't access the web app, email support@ergon.training from your account email and we'll handle it.
