Delete your account

You can delete your Ergon account and all the data in it. This page needs no sign-in. It is the deletion link for the Google Play and App Store listings.

In the appCopy Anchor Link

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Type delete and select Delete account.

On the webCopy Anchor Link

1. Sign in at ergon.training/account.
2. Under Delete account, type the confirmation phrase.
3. Select Delete forever.

If you cannot sign inCopy Anchor Link

Email support@ergon.training from the address on your account. Say that you want the account deleted.

What is deletedCopy Anchor Link

Deletion is at once and cannot be undone. It removes:

• Your login, profile and settings.
• Your workouts, stroke data and saved workouts.
• Your health signals and the data your connected apps supplied.
• Your follows and blocks.
• Your subscription record. An active subscription is cancelled.

Ergon also ends the links to other services:

• Concept2. The link and its stored tokens are removed. Workouts already in your Concept2 logbook stay there. They belong to your logbook.
• WHOOP. Ergon revokes its access with WHOOP. If WHOOP cannot be reached, Ergon keeps trying for about a week.
• Sign in with Apple. Ergon revokes its link to your Apple Account. See Sign in with Apple.
• Analytics. Ergon asks its analytics provider to delete your profile and events.
